Librarian courses – this is a listing of all the ‘current’ librarian courses around the country that are recognized by the Australian Library and Information Association. It includes both undergraduate and postgraduate courses.
Teacher-Librarian courses – this is a listing of all the ‘current’ Teacher-Librarian courses that are recognised by the Australian Library and Information Association.
Library Technician courses – this is a listing of all the ‘current’ library technician courses that are recognised by the Australian Library and Information Association.
Records & Archives Management Courses – this is a list of records and archive management courses as well as courses in related areas that are recognized by the Records Management Association of Australia (RMAA).
The Records Management Association of Australia – also has a Continuing Professional Development Program that runs events and short courses throughout Australia in the field of records management.
Some State Records Offices and Archive Offices at state government level also offer practical short courses. These are also listed at RMAA. Under ‘Professional Development’ select the ‘Short Courses’ option.
