Zenith Rewards
Welcome to Zenith Rewards, an initiative for candidates that recognizes exceptional commitment, passion and loyalty to Zenith. We want to give back to you for supporting both Zenith and our valued clients.
At Zenith Rewards we will issue you with points for key activities including:
- Hours worked in contract or temporary roles
- Placement into a permanent role
- Referral of friends or colleagues
What is particularly special about earning reward points is that these can be redeemed for reward items in our fantastic rewards gallery. Your personal Dream Tracker will show how close you are to rewards which include:
- Merchandise such as books, sports equipment and DVDs.
- Electronics
- Magazine Subscriptions
- Fragrances
- iTunes and Flight Centre Vouchers
We will set up for you an individual rewards account in which points will be accrued and stored. Access will be via a dedicated login and password. Each month we will provide you with a letter that summarises points you earned, total points redeemed and your current points balance.
In the interim you will be able to jump into the gallery for a browse, update your dream tracker or to redeem your well earned reward.

How It Works
Hours worked in contract or temporary roles
The Zenith Rewards program is simple…for every hour you work with Zenith, you earn one point. Everyone is automatically registered when they sign up with Zenith, so you start accruing points from your first day.
Placement into a permanent role
Refer a candidate that Zenith place into a permanent role, and you will receive points.
Referral of friends or colleagues
Help us make connections and win! If you refer a candidate to us who we place into a job, you will earn even more reward points to redeem through Zenith Rewards.
When Does it Start?
